IBA Mentoring Program
In order to stimulate the development of first year IBA students, MAK Mentorship System conducts an expanded mentoring program. Thereby, these students will receive more guidance and experience an intensified accompaniment program in the form of the “IBA Pilot”.
The IBA mentoring program is the accompaniment program of Tilburg School of Economics and Management (TiSEM) that focuses on International Business Administration (IBA) students. This program is often referred to as the IBA pilot, since it simulates an expanded mentoring program in which IBA students receive more guidance compared to the other TiSEM students. This program focuses on giving all IBA students the best start of their student life by stimulating integration, introduction and personal development of these students.
MAK Mentorship System
MAK is responsible for a part of this accompaniment program. We focus on the student mentor meetings and the other activities you will conduct together with your Year group (tutorial group). Within the table below, we indicate what activities are part of our mandatory accompaniment program.
Tilburg School of Economics and Management
Tilburg School of Economics and Management also conducts a part of this accompaniment program. The school will be responsible for the Personal Development Plan (PDP) that stimulates the academic progress of first year IBA students. Besides it also focuses on the reflection of the personal development of these students. The table below denotes which activities are part of this PDP.
