When does the MAK Introduction Day take place?
The MAK Introduction Day takes place on August 21nd 2023. You are expected at the SportsCenter of Tilburg University in the morning of August 21nd. More information about the exact program will follow by mail in the week of August 14th.
Is participation during the MAK Introduction Day mandatory?
Yes, participation during the MAK Introduction Day is a mandatory part of your study. During this day you will receive important information regarding the start of your studies and you will get to know your fellow students, which make it a perfect start of your time at Tilburg University!
What if I can not attend the MAK Introduction Day?
The MAK Introduction Day is mandatory and are an important preparation for your studies. Make sure you are able to attend this day. Are there circumstances that make this really impossible for you? Make sure you request all information in time at your fellow students, your mentor or your education coordinator.
Should I notify someone that I can not come? If yes, whom?
No, you do not have to sign out. During the MAK Introduction Day, all students will be registered. Therefore, we will know if you did not attend the introduction days. For TOP week, this might be different. Please check their website for more information.
When will I receive the program of the MAK Introduction Day?
In the week of August 14th, you will receive an email at your Tilburg University email adress with an invitation to the application. The program will be shown in this application.

When does the Study Program Introduction take place?
The Study Program Introduction for (pre-)master students takes place on August 18th.
Is participation in the Study Program Introduction mandatory?
No, participation in the Study Program Introduction for (pre-)master students is not mandatory. During the Study Program Introduction you will receive information about your study program, all parties you will encounter during your studies, and about the digital learning environments.

What if I can not attend the Study Program Introduction?
If you can not attend the Study Program Introduction, but you do want to receive all information, please contact your fellow students. Next to that, there will be an application where you can read some important information about the start of your studies. You will receive an invitation to this application in the week before the event at your Tilburg University email adress.
