Student Service Center

The Student Service Center can help you with all kinds of study related questions. The desk floor is located in the Academia buidling in room A301. Furthermore, at this desk you can make appointments with the Academic Advisors and International Student Services department. The desk is daily open between 10:00-16:00 hours. During these opening hours, you can contact the desk by phone on 013-466 8000 and you can also send an email. Some examples of topics where the desk can offer you help:

  • Enrolment for courses, tutorials and mid-term via Comap
  • Handing in applications for exchange programmes with international universities
  • Information on the binding study advice
  • Picking up and handing in forms
  • Appointments with Academic Advisors
  • Appointments with the department International Student Services

Academic Advisors

To make an appointment with the academic advisor you should contact the TiSEM Student Service Desk. The Academic Advisor can help you with solving study-related questions, problems or with any of the following:

  • Methods of planning and studying
  • Illness
  • Disappointing results
  • Doubts about your programme
  • Personal problems
  • Binding study advice

Courses & Study

Via this link, you reach the Electronic Study Guide. Here you can:

  • check and adjust your lecture schedule
  • find latest changes in your schedule
  • choose your electives
  • find information about electives
  • check your study results

To enroll for a course, go to Blackboard. At Blackboard you can:

  • enroll in your courses of your fixed program
  • enroll for electives
  • find all relevant course information and documents
